At Sthaa Jewellery, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3–5 business days. For made-to-order or customised pieces, longer timelines may apply—these will always be noted on the product page.
Please note:

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes, combine it with another, or alter shipping details.

Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel, but you will only be charged a single shipping fee.
Delivery Notes

Orders are shipped without a signature requirement by default. If you prefer your parcel to require a signature, please mention it at checkout or email us at sthaagemscarving@gmail.com

We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. We recommend providing a secure delivery address and opting for a signature requirement if necessary.

Pre-Orders
Some of our pieces are available for pre-order before they are ready to ship. These items will be clearly marked in the product description or at checkout.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once everything is ready, unless you request otherwise.

If there’s a change in the estimated shipping date, we’ll notify you by email.

To request separate shipments for in-stock items, please add a note at checkout or email us at sthaagemscarving@gmail.com after placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Return Policy
We hope you love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at sthaagemscarving@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions with you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
