1. General

Sthaa Gems reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our jewellery and gemstones accurately. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and natural variations in gemstones, slight differences in size, color, pattern, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (for domestic orders) or your local currency for international orders and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.

5. Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI (for domestic orders), net banking, and digital wallets as available at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before processing.

6. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces follow timelines mentioned on their respective product pages.

7. Returns & Store Credit

We accept eligible returns for store credit within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with packaging intact. Custom, made-to-order, and engraved jewellery is non-returnable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit. See our Return Policy for more details.

8. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order

Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items will ship once all items are ready, unless requested otherwise. Updated shipping timelines will be communicated via email.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, designs, images, logos, graphics, and jewellery concepts—is the property of Sthaa Gems and protected by intellectual property laws. No part may be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability

Sthaa Gems is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. This includes but is not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or delays in shipping.
